There’s so much pressure to be “on,” to get it right, to fix all the things before you exhale. But often, the most powerful thing we can do is pause. Re-center. And return to ourselves.

This little rhythm is something I use again and again … and it continues to shift how I move through life, how I support clients, and how I meet myself with more presence and trust.

 

pull into the now
be where you are
do what you’re doing
be with yourself as you’re doing it

if something comes up …

breathe
fix it
take care of it
let it go

then intentionally circle in
to now
to you
to what you’re doing

this is actually how we’re meant to live
and it changes everything
