What I learned, shifting into the best health yet, getting to a weight that my body likes, is the most strong, is the most powerful … is that it’s all about my relationship to everything ๐๐ผ
It’s about my relationship / your relationship to food, your relationship to eating, your relationship to your emotions and to your thoughts.
Because as you know, I believe it’s all connected … your relationship with yourself, eating, food, your emotions, thoughts then really plays out in the external physical world with people, your spouse, your coworkers, your children, strangers at the grocery store …
And directly affects your relationship to exercise! Whether you resist it, whether you use it as a tool I do, and celebrate what your body can do …
Also your relationship with your internal world, your highest self, higher intelligence ... if you can be and sit and walk in silence, or if you resist that … Being at the weight you want to be sustainably, and in the health you want to be sustainably … it’s really really really all about your relationship to you, and your relationship to every single aspect of your life ๐ค๐๐ผ
