Try flipping the order at bedtime 😴
Sleep is rarely the actual problem.
It’s usually a nervous system that hasn’t been given space to settle … exhale … downshift 🤍
This client wasn’t doing anything “wrong.”
She takes great care of herself. She’s consistent. She’s intentional.
We didn’t add a new routine.
We didn’t optimize anything.
We just flipped the order.
Screens earlier.
Wind-down later.
20–30 minutes to let her system exhale before bed.
And … it started to move the needle 🫶🏼
Sleep is one of the many ways we lower stress and help your body step
out of constant survival mode.
It’s all connected.
Sometimes support looks like less effort … just better timing.
