Tricolored Quinoa with Kombu

Ingredients

~ 1 cup tricolored quinoa (or any whole grain!)
~ 2 cups organic vegetable broth
~ 1 piece of kombu seaweed (rinsed)
~ sea salt to taste

Instructions

In you rice cooker, add all 4 ingredients and press cook … that’s it!

Notes

The kombu seaweed is super tasty, and you get all of the benefits of its minerals in every serving simply by putting that one piece in the rice cooker along with the other ingredients!
