When we have an *all or nothing* mentality, it’s actually rooted in procrastination ...
It's completely related to perfectionism, and it’s a form of stalling ... Fear of failure ... Fear of success ... Can you feel that?
I was reminded of a tip that I heard Mel Robbins share to help shift out of procrastination ☀️
~ count backwards from 5 to 1
~ when you get to 1, dive into whatever you’re intending to do!
~ short circuit your mind to let it work for you vs. against you
🤍 allowing you to have more courage than fight …
