5+2 things I have learned in 52 years π
1. The less stress that I run, the more time I have.
2. It’s ok to keep a lot of things to yourself … Not stuffing or shoving anything … Simply keeping it for you (vs. over sharing).
3. You can be fitter and stronger, regardless of age and hormones changes.
4. Just because my mom’s stomach and digestion is a huge problem doesn’t mean I have to keep “my version” of that.
5. Curly hair can be ok *when in dry climates.

π€ You can eat dessert every day.
This week is my birthday βοΈ π¦ and as most of you know, I wasn’t on social media or blogging at ALL before showing up here as a health coach.
… And it's turned out wonderfully, to be honest!! People are so supportive, and complimentary of what I'm sharing, and the vast majority of my clients (non-musicians, musicians, other health coaches, women, men) have come to me through social media, which completely blows my mind.
Needless to say, I'm very appreciative and grateful for social media, a space to blog, and my email list ππΌ
And so full of gratitude for all of the growth, wisdom, and love in my life.
