Little habits that helped me lower my overall stress
1 π€ drinking a glass of water + a mug of warm water with lemon as the first thing in my body every morning
2 π€ building a daily meditation habit starting from 2 minutes at a time
3 π€ shifting into regularly intuitively exercising vs. using exercise as a punishment for what I ate or permission to eat
4 π€ eating real food as snacks … a piece of fruit, or clean hummus & veggies, or dry roasted edamame, or chocolate-tofu pudding, or raw nuts & seeds …
5 π€ going to bed early whenever possible with no book, no phone, no tv, no input … just getting ready for bed and climbing in bed to sleep
