Do you feel "wellness" is a huge production and really expensive?
Someone shared with me “I’m on antidepressants.”
I said “okay ♥️ how do you like your therapist?”
He said “I don’t have one yet. My primary gave them to me. I don’t have time to think about eating and exercising right now, so we will see how these antidepressants work.”
This feels like this is the most common thing right now.
… And if this is your reality in your 30s, your illness is pretty much guaranteed to become way more expensive than wellness would be if you chose that right now. 🙏🏼
It doesn’t have to be a big production like you think it is.
It doesn’t have to be overwhelming, or something you only do “when you have time”.
You CAN take care of your 1 body in this lifetime intentionally, every moment of every day, no matter how much time you do or do not have.
Right now, I am the healthiest I have ever been, getting more healthy intentionally every day, and I am honestly the most busy I’ve ever been as well. My schedule has never been more full … And I’m not exaggerating.
It is totally cliché, but spot on to say, “If you think wellness is expensive, try illness.”
