What if you could move through stressful situations without running stress?
There are tons of examples that come to mind, whether you’re in a week of back to back meetings at work, or in the car stuck in traffic …
My client messaged me that I was “in her head “ 🤍 haha!
She left on time for work, didn’t check Waze for any traffic, got on the highway, and couldn’t get off. There was an accident, and she was stuck.
She heard in her head and knew that whether she ran “uptight, stressed out, freak out”, or “this just is” and internal calm … Either way, there was nothing she could do about it.
So she chose to be ok!
She decided to feel ok and listen to some music because that was the only thing she could control.
She made it to work with 1 minute to spare, didn’t get to pee before rehearsal started 🙃, yet was in a very good, balanced internal space in spite of all the insanity on her commute.
