👩🏻‍🍳 6 simple ingredients

👩🏻‍🍳 20 minutes to bake ⁣

👩🏻‍🍳 healthier than usual blondies⁣

👩🏻‍🍳 really light and fluffy … SO GOOD!

 

Vegan | Gluten Free | Oil Free | Only natural sugar

 

🤔 So they don’t taste exactly like blondies to me, and have that super subtle hint of banana, but it’s definitely not banana bread-y …

Ingredients:

~ 1 large ripe banana, mashed ⁣

~ 1 flax egg ⁣or 1 egg

~ 1/4 cup peanut butter, drippy ⁣(or any nut / seed butter with 1 ingredient … 2 max = nuts & salt)

~ 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣

~ 1 cup oat flour, GF if necessary or any alternative flour (I ground up oats in a coffee grinder)

~ 1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣

~ 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)⁣ Hu brand are great!

Directions:

~ Preheat oven 180c⁣ / 355f

~ Mix together the wet ingredients (first 4 ingredients) and then the remaining ingredients. Mix well.⁣

~ pour into a loaf pan

~ Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⁣

~ Store in the refrigerator
