You don't have to sit in lotus position or crisscross applesauce to meditate the "right way".
After 2 feet surgeries and 3 knee surgeries (including a total knee replacement), I meditate sitting upright in a chair with my legs out straight & supported underneath, resting on the coffee table in front of me.
That's how I meditate every day.
And it works 🙏🏼
