Almond Protein Bars
Ingredients
~ +/-6 scoops of chocolate protein powder … all protein powder scoop sizes differ.
(I used Truvani plant-based protein powder)
~ 1/4 cup raw honey
~ 1 cup raw oats
~ 3 tbsp cacao powder
~ 1/2 cup raw unsweetened almond butter – I used crunchy!
~ 3 tbsp raw crushed almonds
~ 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
~ mix it all together in one bowl
~ form it into 5 bars
(these are REALLY filling, so I made 10 half sized bars)
~ place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Notes
one of my clients made them, and said she wanted them a little more soft … so in that case maybe play with adding a little more nut butter or a little less protein powder!
